Ko Maia Eason toku ingoa.

I grew up in Rotorua however whakapapa to Rongowhakaata and Ngati Porou.

I have been studying in Wellington for the past four years and after completing my studies at the end of 2021, decided to return home. Outside of kura, I will most likely be dancing, swimming and diving at the beach, enjoying the outdoors and spending time with whanau and friends.

I feel incredibly excited to be starting my teaching career at WHPS and look forward to teaching and learning alongside the tamariki, whanau and staff this term.
